Overall Satisfaction with Cisco IP Phones
we have to change phones and we need something with good quality and compatible with 3CX system. With Cisco we have found High quality and not difficult to integrate. Also we are thinking to buy Cisco Unified Communication manager to easily maintain and manage the phones, the old vendor did not have this features. We are espanding so have this kind of feature must be taken in consideration
Pros
- high quality so clear voice when i speck with clients
- easy management using the CUMC software
- easy to find in the market
- Cisco Support, including forum
- a lot of compatible models
Cons
- Aesthetics, they seem prehistoric
- Add video on basic models
- software are complex, fortunally we had 3CX that manage all provisioning
- costs can be take down
- positive: quality and color display, easy to use
- positive: webcam and can manage video calls
- positive: varius model from basic to pro feature, include usb port for bluethoot (so cheap headset can be use)
- cons: high price, no wifi
- cons: some feature like call-center, cloud, video conference are pay features
we change from yealink to cisco phone for the quality of the product, we had a bit of a hard time changing , due to the price of the total solution, given the licences etc.. we are happy for the quality and the centralize management.
the 8800 series are good loking also so we manage to cover all offices, including the reception.

People can talk from office to office and speak face to face change a lot of things, sometimes talking on the phone can lead to misunderstandings especially on the emotions side, but with video you can see the person and understand better, a smile can be a lot in a daily office enviroments.
