Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Meraki MR Series

The Cisco Meraki MR Series are used in my organization to give wifi access to the employees and the company guests. The connection is very good, simple and quick. We have many ways to authenticate the user for each kind of profile we need. The administration is very easy and simple, and we can make any change from any place with internet access.

Pros

  • Cloud management.
  • Easy configuration.

Cons

  • Not enough logs for troubleshooting.
  • If we have an internet problem, we can't resolve any configuration problem.
  • The subscription makes it a little difficult to see the real ROI.
The simple cloud configuration.
The web support is very good, and we have always a quick response, but sometimes is difficult to try to have contact via phone.

Cisco Meraki MR Series is well suited for a branch office, because the cloud administration, is very simple to make any change without going to the branch office, from any place in the world only having internet access.
In scenarios with some cloud regulation It can bee used or when we need to resolve problems and there is no internet connection.
