Cons

A simplified / automatic tech log files uploaded to TAC would be nice.
Use AI to do trending analysis on aged optical components.
Power efficiency improvements.

Return on Investment

RMA replacements for optics and power supplies could be easier on the customer.
Trend analysis on performance issues proactively notifying the NOC.

Usability

Having both GUI and CLI options for support is nice. However, the GUI options are a bit cumbersome.
