Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Secure Access by Duo

Cisco Secure provides you with two-factor authentication for your devices and a cloud-based application. we are using this for both in-house as well as cloud-based applications. We have configured Cisco Secure Access on our Cisco routers, switches, and a firewall. we can easy to configure with a third-party application. The cost of Cisco secure access is very low and it is very easy to configure and manage.

We have configured the multi-factor authentication on our all network devices as well as cloud-based applications. it supports all the os. We have not faced any type of downtime from this product. The configuration and management are very easy and user-friendly.
We have configured the Cisco Secure Access for both on-premise network and server devices and also configured on our cloud-based applications. It gives us more security and we can easy to identify the user identity. The cost of cisco secure access is very low and lots of configuration documentation is available on the website.
Cisco provides 24/7 365 customer support. The Cisco SLA is very good and they have highly experienced engineers who are available to help.
Last year, we were configuring the Cisco Secure Access for our cloud-based application but it was not working properly. So I raised the ticket and Cisco contacted me within SLA and provided me with a quick solution and also suggested to me the documentation for future configuration.
We were using Google Authenticator but I faced lots of issues with code and Google time sync so I replaced it with Cisco Secure Access. It gives us all the features and I never faced any issues and downtime.

Cisco Secure Access is best and well suited for size or organization that needs dual security for network devices and applications. We can easy to configure and integrate with third-party applications. The graphical user interface is very user-friendly and it is easy to configure and manage. The cost of Cisco Secure Access is very low.
