Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Board Series

The company uses Cisco Webex Board for internal collaboration. It is an all in one device which can be used to share content, video and audio conference and as a whiteboard. It helps us connect different offices as we use them in all our offices for saving the whiteboards. Brainstorming with these boards is really easy.

  • Active camera zooming on speaker
  • Saving the whiteboard is an awesome feature
  • High Price
  • Could have more options for non Cisco users
  • Saved a money and time by not having to fly over for meetings
  • Projects worked by different teams at the same time
  • If not used that much, it's an expensive tool.
Cisco Webex Board Series is much more user friendly and has a better design. It's a different tool, which can be compared at some point, but usually not used for the same objective.
Cisco Webex Board Series is a great tool to have collaborative work between different teams in the organization, different offices within the same country and even different countries or continents.
I don't give it a 10 because of the pricing. As mentioned before, if it is used regularly, price is OK, but if not, price can be considered high for this tool.
It is really easy to use and to link with other devices. No issues there.

I would definitely recommend Cisco Webex Board Series for company use, specially if teams from different offices or locations have regular meetings where they need to brainstorm or figure out things together. It is really useful for training sessions across the organization as well. If budget is not a problem, it is great tool to have in every office.
