Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Room Series

We are using Cisco Webex Room 55 devices across multiple locations, It's set up as a shared device, and multiple teams use it. We are mainly using Webex boards (Spark Board) as collaboration tool where participants can meet and share ideas/troubleshoot issues while leveraging tools within Webex boards such as wallboard sharing, interactive conversation using voice, video and multimedia.

Cisco Webex Rooms (using as Spark Board) reduces time and greatly increases productivity among teams. You do not have to set up meetings & send invites & start a meeting & wait for participants to join. Webex room series devices can be used for end-to-end calling and once you are on-call interactive media such as screen share or wallboards can be launched.
I personally like the simplicity and efficiency Cisco Webex Room series device bring to the table.
Amazing product and features and to top it all off Cisco 24 X 7 remote assistance (TAC) always available when you run into an issue.
As being an MSP (Managed Services Provider) we support multiple devices for multiple customers and the numbers of total devices go in tens of thousands and it is very important for us to troubleshoot/fix issues within given SLA so a decent Technical Assistance Center of product vendor is very important for us.
The product works great and every aspect of this product is useful. The Voice quality of the device is Crisp and clear, the video stream flawless and the interactive tools work as per your need. Overall this product is always a great addition to the company's collaboration toolset.

Cisco Webex Room Series works great with multiple applications and situations. It's a great tool for setting up conference rooms, board rooms. We use Webex rooms series for conference room and video calling. We are leveraging Webex room devices across multiple locations for interactive technical sessions where participants can share wallboard and put their ideas/concepts in motion.
