Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Room Series

Cisco [Webex] Room [Series] kits are simply outperforming all the material on the market. They provide a [crystal] clear image with an automatic framing/tracking and also provide great sound for the users. Experience is great because everything can be managed and controlled from the control hub about statistics, count the number of persons in the room, and also analyze the quality of the air. Most of the devices on the market are not doing half of the features we can provide with that Cisco [device] (even without touching the subject of voice control and assistant).
  • Tracking of users, best experience for remote viewers
  • Great picture
  • Metrics for reporting
  • Crystal clear sound
  • Multiple color design would be great (grey [and] black for instance)
  • Positive ROI to be able to avoid roads and traffic
Cisco is providing great support on the [device].
Ease to use - this is a real key element in user adoption. Users should enter a room and just start their meeting without thinking [about] how they should do it. By using one button to push or the voice assistant, this is a walk in the park.
