Overall Satisfaction with Classy
Our primary use of Classy is as our peer-to-peer fundraising platform for our DIY Walk of Hope program. We occasionally also use it for event related fundraising.
- The Classy platform is easy to use, both for the staff and our volunteer fundraisers
- It's easy to build a great looking fundraising page
- Classy support (particularly chat and phone) are attentive and responsive. Every one there is smart and nice!
- There is a tradeoff between ease of use and rich functionality. While there are usually work arounds, there are occasionally things we would like to do that are not included in the platform.
