I use Clay to personalize emails and find as much information as possible for my prospects before reaching out to them.
Clay helps me to have everything I need in just one place and to automate my outreach/data generation any time I need it in the less possible steps.

Pros
- Extract tons of information with just a company's URL
- Being a source of data when other providers couldn't give me what I needed
- The ability to create templates of data research using different integrations at the same time. This way I don't have to add each integrations each time I need to do data research
Cons
- I would like to be able to stop an integration (a singular column) when I ran it accidentally
- To have a way to automate data resourcing (to find people/companies) so it ran automatically each 3 days/week/month, etc.
- Faster chatting with support when needed
- When I ran something by accident and I can stop it, it consumes credits
- Sometimes I think the integrations are running and digging into the table I realized it stopped running without noticing and it delayed my daily send quota
- Positive: is the first time I can do data research this fast and accurate
