Overall Satisfaction with Clay

Clay helps alleviate the data bottleneck in and out of the CRM and creates more opportunities for quality conversations and higher conversion rates.

Pros

  • Research (Claygent) at scale is second to none
  • The scoring function makes scoring accounts, people, and data so easy
  • The filtering and conditional run formulas are most essential.

Cons

  • Credit expenditure alignment, a more robust credit tracking dashboard
  • Better onboarding flow for new users,
  • The UNDO button, needs to be a feature..always, someway, somehow.
  • The amount of time Clay has saved me from doing mundane, repeatable (pipeline generating) tasks is astronomical. I've gained so much time back to focus on the growing business and not just working for the business.
The continuous scale of products features, updates, and integrations sometimes makes it easier to get lost in all of the "noise," and with certain new features, it makes it more difficult to find the old way of doing things. Being an original user has allowed me to be pretty up to date with everything but it's easy to get a little confused sometimes by the updates
