I think there is a bit of a learning curve with Clay. I still have some concerns on how well we have implemented it. To remedy this, we plan on bringing in an agency to help us optimize our instance. We are very happy with the overall functionality, but building out the automation and thinking through strategy for improving use of Clay has been a struggle.

Clay has been well suited for improving productivity within our Sales team. Time has been able to be saved through AI prompts for comms with prospects and we are able to leverage those within Outreach. Our Marketing team is beginning to leverage Clay for data enrichment along with building our our ABM motion to support Sales.
