Overall Satisfaction with cleverbridge

We use cleverbridge to manage all aspects of Ecommerce from 2 sites - templatezone and high impact designer

Pros

  • Excellent partnet
  • Terrific at subscription software
  • Excellent security and uptime

Cons

  • Get even more fluent with other subscription players
  • We couldn’t have done this on our own
  • They provided cost-effective eCommerce for us
DR Waco e screwed up the company when we worked with them - they didn’t like customers - I know that sounds odd but it was true and their software was dreadful
Cleverbridge is a great partner - they are particularly well suited for mid-sized companies - not sure about the largest of companies. Their scale is good but not the best. Their technical acumen is quite good and they totally understand their market - unlike other companies in this space they don’t suffer from hubris - they roll up their sleeves and work with individual clients to succeed. Their management is very knowledgeable, friendly and approachable.
