Overall Satisfaction with Clio

Clio is our firm's practice management software, we use it to track matters, keep all our dates in a single place, to-dos, billing, and time tracking.
  • Billing
  • Matter management
  • Information in a single location
  • Communications between users.
  • Auto email integration
  • Better views for the to do list like Kanban board or timeline views.
  • Tasks
  • Matter management
  • Billing
  • Clio has helped our firm with our ability to work from anywhere.
I used Amicus Attorney before switching to Clio over 6 years ago. At the time, I generally liked Amicus; it was powerful but I had to run a server on one of my computers and it was much more complex than Clio as a business owner. Clio is web-based and fairly easy to use. A key at the time was Clio had a universal search that started populated as you type. Amicus had search, but it would not populate as you typed.
