We use CrashPlan for an enterprise-wide desktop backup solution. All employee computers have CrashPlan installed and enabled by default, which allows us to standardize the recovery process if an employee's computer is lost, stolen, or damaged. Users can self-manage their backed-up files and restore documents that may have been inadvertently deleted as well.

CrashPlan is a great solution for medium to large enterprises that want a standardized process for employee backups.
