Overall Satisfaction with CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365

We are using CodeTwo across the entire organization, for internal and external purposes. It helps us streamline our signatures and ensure they're on brand, while giving us the flexibility to customize by user or department. We are looking forward to implementing marketing efforts through our signatures in the future as well.

CodeTwo is well suited for a firm that wants to ensure branding of email signatures. We also expect it to be especially helpful for providing tailored marketing content, based on keywords in the email text and/or the firm's current marketing efforts. It will be so much easier to make mass changes to the information presented, that I anticipate using this feature much more extensively in time.
