Overall Satisfaction with Coinbase

We are integrating the Coinbase API with our digital wallets to can users watch, trade and more with crypto coins. Have their own wallet and managing between the platforms. It is convenient to the most users to have everything in one place instead visiting different sites for every case which they have. This saves time to to the customer and enjoying his browsing time in great user interface.

  • When they have issues we have them also and in this way we lose customers which downs our stock and we reach very high demand of support tickets.
  • Temporary loss of trading volume fees
  • Frustrations because of those outages and possibility of user switch to different crypto market
  • When everything is alright, users love to have everything in one page
Great UI, Great tools for education learning with freebies, eqsy onboard, site and app are pretty good.
Good API documentation.
The opposite is high fees and slow support when needed. Overall it is good for its simple use and balance between beginners and professional traders making it a great choice and this is why it is one of the most famous site out there.
They are all leading the exchange market right now with a lot constantly trading volume every day. This means the users are active and have trust in their sevices. I believe Coinbase and Binance are the real leaders on the market right now. In my personal point of view I think Binance is way further than any other exchange site as they have very great UI with many unlimited options for absolute everything where Coinbase falls behind.

The UI is great, but the transaction fees are a bit high which makes some of the users to choose other better alternatives.
Not great in security/privacy but it is alright for beginners which prefer easy ready to go use id the platform. They even have and advance trading options for more high experience traders.
