Overall Satisfaction with Comindware Tracker

It was being used only by a few departments. We mainly used it for project automation and workflow management.

Very easy to design workflows. No requirement for coding knowledge, basic formulas do the work like magic! It is supported by almost every web browser, which enables employees to use it as per their comfort. The UI was a little new to the eyes in the initial phase, but we got used to it within a week. No other cons as such.
