Overall Satisfaction with Conceptboard
We use this as an online tool for collaboration. We design flow charts, customers process, sales processes, and documentation. It gives us a clear direction and map in terms of what needs to be done and it allows for easy collaboration and visualization in terms of what needs to be done.

It is a google based product and link to google drive so has been using it more. And ultimately it is free.
