Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense

We use Concur for all our employee reimbursement needs. We do have a lot of employees who travel and use the Concur site for submitting travel expenses. It is linked to our company's credit card as well, which is a great feature.

Pros

  • Links to our company credit card.
  • Clear, user-friendly site.
  • Provides notifications for different stages of the reimbursement process.

Cons

  • Hard to locate past reports.
  • I can't say what time it saves for admin, but as a user it is very useful for me. It saves me time when my company card purchases automatically show up in Concur.
My experience has been good. It is a user-friendly site and as I've mentioned before, and it is very useful when your company card is linked to Concur.
I personally travel a lot for the company and I think it has been very easy to use. I also have a company credit card. I like that Concur knows that a purchase was made with the card and fills in some of the information for me.
