Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
Concur is being used by the whole organisation in order to manage individual expenses whether it's a travel expense or any sort of reimbursement like mobile bills, internet bill, etc. Concur gives an easy solution to add up the expense on a daily basis which is pretty good in comparison to the past product we were using as it was tedious to put all the expenses in one go. It's a pretty simple and user-friendly product to use and manage expenses.
Pros
- Itemizing expenses.
- Tracking the status of expenses.
- Feasibility of adding expenses on daily basis.
Cons
- Major issue being faced is performance. Time being consumed for each activity is much more.
- Time saved creating employee expense reports.
HR-Mart which is the in-house product for us was being used. Concur is pretty good in comparison to HR-Mart in terms of tracking expenses and for analytics purposes.
HR-Mart which is the in-house product for employee management is being integrated with Concur.
The way Concur manages expenses and the simplicity of the product for an end user is pretty impressive.
Concur is beneficial for me as an employee as it helps me to raise my travel requests, manage my expenses also in the itemization of expenses.
