Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Everyone in the organization uses it to submit their expense reimbursements. A very simple and effective tool to use, I've never had any issues with it.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Always available to use 24/7.
It can be accessed on your phone through an app so it's available anywhere you are.
Not complicated to use, very simple and straightforward.

Cons

Sometimes the attached image doesn't appear right away
Sometimes the app can run slow
Have to upload attachments one by one

Return on Investment

It integrates beautifully with multiple banking entities.
Automatically importing charges as they are posted to your card.
Saves so much time from an administration point of view.
The interface is very user-friendly.

It's easy and convenient to use if you have expenses you need to submit. For example, if you go on a business trip and you spend money on meals, taxi, hotel or a plane tickets, as long as you have a copy of the receipt or whatever proof of payment you have, you just have to make a copy of the receipt and upload it as an attachment as part of your expense report. It's great that you can submit multiple expenses in a single report.
