Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
It is used to submit expenses for trips.
- It doesn't do anything well.
- Opaque design.
- Impossible to figure out how to use.
- Inefficient workflow--the same things have to be done multiple times.
- I spent 11 hours trying to submit the expenses for a single conference. I am not exaggerating. It took an entire work day, plus a few more hours, full of frustration, trying to figure out how to use this product and get it to work. And I work with online technologies on a regular basis. Nothing in this software makes sense. From start to finish, it's a terrible experience.
- I dread going to professional development events, because I know I'll have to use Concur.
- Every co-worker I have talked with about Concur, even our business manager, hates this software. We lose so much productivity, because the nightmarish design slows us down.
Concur has not helped us evolve, grow, and adapt. We lose productivity, because it is a terrible product.
