A great system with multiple uses!

We use Concur for all expenses that our employees make. This could be mileage, food, airport transfers, etc. We also use it for reimbursements of those costs. I believe the finance department uses it as well for client needs, including reimbursements and expenses that occur on and off site. For us, we have a lot of people working on multiple programs so having this as an aid for those expenses has been a dream come true. Everything is done in one software program and then the managers go in and approve or deny those requests. It's also a very easy system to learn and train on.

ADP for reimbursement/expenses, if an employee needs something from that expense taken out of there check its easily done with the integration with ADP. We also use it for Cvent, this allows clients and employees to see the audit of the expenses and allows for them to monitor these costs as they come into play. I believe it's also integrated with Salesforce but I do not use that tool.

We've used the software for many years, and it continues to be a favorite within the company. We love the ability to use it in multiple ways and I know the audit team is always looking at the tool and finding other ways to use it. We are all about innovation and over the past few years the tool has become easier to use and allowed us to continue to evolve as a company.

Concur Travel and Expense is fairly easy to train on. Almost everyone on staff uses the tool so that in itself is a huge impact on the business. To have one tool that everyone knows how it works and how it moves is very important for our business needs. The fact that all admins and employees understand the product and how it works shows how well Concur created the program for ease of use.
