Concur Review

Concur is utilized throughout the entire organization. Concur simplifies travel and business expenses especially during biannual retreats and conferences. It is easy to use and transparent for both sides. Additionally, it is easy to upload and save receipts from your phone and computer. Overall satisfied with this product and I would recommend for other companies.

We do not have another ERP to my knowledge. I am not responsible outside of entering in my own invoices and being reimbursed in a timely manner. The only integration I know of is it connects to my calendar for travel dates and times. This is a key function for my position.

A feature that Concur has assisted with would be to link to my calendar. The integration to our calendar has helped me keep my routing functional. I also find it best used when I am reimbursed in a timely manner. I would recommend this product to other companies who track expensing and routing.

As an employee my experience using Concur has helped with routing, schedules, reimbursement and tracking. I have utilized this app on my phone and computer and it was able to download and take pictures of my receipts. For reporting, if there was an error it was pointed out and also easily reconciled.
