Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I am using Concur [Travel and] Expense to submit receipts and bills. Under normal circumstances ( a.k.a. not during Covid ) we would submit any travel expenses here, but I have been using it to have my work from home/ on call expenses covered which are internet and phone bills.

Pros and Cons

Easy submission process
Shows me the status of my pending requests
I can save my bills there

If I don't use it often it can be hard to find the menu I need
To a user, all the cost centers and cost object options can be a little confusing.
During my report it can show you some fields that you don't set yourself, so maybe it's not needed to show.

Return on Investment

As a user this is an easy way to have my work from home expenses covered and doesn't cost me anything

Concur Travel and Expense Integration

This is a single sign on application integrated with my Active Directory profile. Having the single sign on profile that follows you is nice since it is one less password to remember or account to set up.

Concur Travel and Expense Customer Experience

This is an easy way for me and my team mates to re-coop costs for work from home and on-call expenses such as phone and internet.

[Concur Travel and Expense] is the tool available to us, so I would recommend it to all of my colleagues. It does what it is supposed to where we can get expenses approved.
