Concur addresses all travel and expense related problems of my whole organization. It covers all travels - domestic as well as internation[al] and follows a good chain of approvals. It also helps to maintain travel reports of employees.

Concur has been one of the best tools in the company to work with. It is employee-friendly application with so many configurable options. It lets employee manage their pre-travel approvals and post-travel expenses so beautifully and hassle-free. The auto-match feature is a charm and save so much human effort to match each record. Employees can also add their manual expenses which sometimes are very handy while travel. A perfect system needs all the features needed for travel and reporting and Concur supports all such features.
Employees are very very happy with this tool. It is a very simple tool for travel. Travels are always time-consuming and business travels are more planned and unplanned. In both cases, concur supports well with all approvals levels left with the user to fill and follow accordingly. It helps to make travel hassle-free in case of urgent and frequent travel. From managers and approvers perspective, all email notifications and approvals requests and easy and fast. Employees love such tools which make their lives easier.
