Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
Concur Travel and Expense is being used by our company. It is being used by the whole organization. Finance and Admin are using it mostly. It handles travel, expense, and expense reimbursement.
Pros
- It handles expense reimbursements well.
- User friendly and easy to track the processes.
- Getting notifications for each stage.
- It is convenient.
- It can transfer credit card expenses from the bank directly to Concur, which saved time used to input the transactions.
NetSuite. So when the employees' expenses and credit card reports get approved in Concur, the transactions transfer to the NetSuite accounting system automatically. This has saved us time.
It is user-friendly, which saves our time for training. It transfers credit card transactions from bank to Concur and to accounting system which benefitted users at my company in terms of admin.
