Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense

My company uses Concur company wide to process our travel expenses. Because of its integration with our internal processes, we are able to efficiently assign our project expenses to our current projects for reimbursement. And because of the mobile option, we are able to process expenses in nearly real time.

I have not evaluated other expense report applications. This is the responsibility of others in my company.
I am not aware of any software we use that is integrated with Concur within my company. Concur is currently a stand alone software within our firm. The accounting department manually integrates the reports to Deltek.
The best feature is the mobile application. This has allowed for our travelers to compile an expense report during the trip thus allowing for a quicker process time and being reimbursed from the company to the employee quicker. This also allows for the traveler to be less likely to miss a receipt.
The employees are happier because the reimbursement is quicker and more efficient. The admin staff is happier because the staff can break up expense reports by project and/or client thus making their jobs easier. All these processes have saved the company money by decreasing the amount of time someone has to do paperwork.
It is well suited for people who are constantly on the road and need to continuously track their expenses. Because you can run multiple expense reports at once and the mobile app allows you to take photos of receipts and assign them to what you want, it streamlines expense reports for heavy travelers.
