Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Conductor allows us to keep track of client keywords, anywhere they rank. More importantly, it allows us to make recommendations to improve our clients' organic rankings, resulting in more visits, and ultimately more revenue. I utilize this tracking for a number of clients, and prospective clients to provide weekly recommendations and improvements to their sites.

Data Integration

Conductor has all the quantity of data you ask of it. If you track more keywords, you obviously can get more quantity. It's quality is where it shines. I never have any doubt if I can trust the information Conductor is giving me. Where they say I rank, is where I rank.

Strategic Collaboration

Conductor allow me, the Search Manager, to deliver ideas to multiple content teams. I can quickly see which keywords are "struggling" and come up with content themes and specific suggestions for the writers to then create articles around, with links pointing to the top ranking page. Without Conductor this would all have to be done manually, without the muse of an already built database of keywords tracked.

Support Rating

Conductor support is far and away above everything else. Not only does every page of the tool have a help link that takes you exactly to the knowledge center page that you need, but every account has a client success manager to make sure you're making the most of your time with Conductor.

Alternatives Considered

I've used both Moz and Brightedge. Both of these applications have their merits. Conductor was already in use at my current job, and is a great app for what we need it for. Moz would be useful for smaller clients. Brightedge would be useful if we could bring in even larger, enterprise clients. Conductor hits the sweet spot for the clients we currently have.

Likelihood to Recommend

Conductor has a great user interface. It separates each individual part of an enterprise level keyword tracker into its own tool, allowing a novice SEO to glean important insights while allowing pro users to get to even more granular data. Actionable insights and reporting are found throughout the tool, and really help push client programs forward.

Usability

Conductor is super usable. The interface is bright and "cheery." They have prebuilt filters to get to the most useful ranking groups, and have a wonderful feature to export charts as images. Both of these features make getting data into reports every week quick and easy. Insight stream is great for getting to a particular issue or "win" to bring up to the client.
