Overall Satisfaction with Conductor Searchlight
We use Conductor to track links for category pages, sub-category pages and product pages on our sites.
The digital marketing team is the primary user of the tool, our copywriters have limited access to the tool.

- The tool is extremely intuitive compared to other tools we have used in the past.
- Extremely visual which helps convey metrics and trends to leadership as well as creatives like copywriters.
- More ownership in regards to providing and implementing recommendations.
- We have not seen positive nor negative impact which is frustrating. We don't believe that this is stemming from anything that we have or have not performed on Conductor - it is more of the monetization of the SERP that is impacting our SEO growth.
Conductor's data appears accurate compared to our internal metrics. Comparing apples to apples is extremely important when conveying any trends or issues to internal analytics staff and/or leadership.
We had been working directly with the copywriters at the beginning of our relationship w/Conductor, but because of staff cut-backs the copywriters simply do not have the bandwidth to keep up with this tool.
We were using BrightEdge prior to transitioning to Conductor. We moved to Conductor because the usability for our team - to include our copywriters, was more intuitive and user-friendly.
