Overall Satisfaction with Conductor Searchlight

We use Conductor in our marketing and communications department as part of our SEO strategy. It helps us perform keyword research, track trends, conduct competitor analysis, and run monthly SEO reports.

Pros

  • Conductor routinely updates the Conductor platform with new tools and features.
  • Conductor makes performing keyword research easy.
  • Conductor's reporting structure is very modular, offering many options to get as granular or broad as you need.
  • The online chat is very fast, accurate, and helpful.

Cons

  • There appears to be no way to track backlinks.
  • The automated reports make monthly reporting easy.
Conductor's support is some of the best I've ever experienced. Their online chat feature is always answered quickly by a live person in their office, and the few times they haven't been able to help me immediately, they find an answer within a day and email you the response.

I have had a few different customer experience managers, and they've all been very knowledgeable and helpful. We have monthly touch-bases where we discussion previous successes and plan for what's ahead.
We have experience with and/or have considered using BrightEdge, MOZ, and SEMrush.
Conductor helps you provide a strong SEO foundation both when starting a new campaign and for ongoing maintenance.
