Overall Satisfaction with Conductor Searchlight

Very easy
They are always available and their help is 5 stars.
Allows us to quickly see where we are ranking for LT keywords in comparison to our competitors at a local and device level.

Pros

  • easy to use
  • good insights
  • great support

Cons

  • cost
  • I learned the keyword I was originally targeting wasn't what our customers were using predominately.
  • The recommendations have been very helpful.
It was the only tool I evaluated at the time.
If you don't have time to gather all the data, obviously this tool is magical.
