Overall Satisfaction with Confirmit

Confirmit is used on a daily basis in my office. We use Confirmit to program nearly all of our online surveys. It is mainly used by the operations department, but since we are on the smaller size most employees use the software at one time or another.
  • I like how many functions it is able to carry out. It can handle in-depth survey logic that other programs cannot (such as SurveyMonkey).
  • I also like that if we are unsure of how to add the logic we need support is always available and ready to assist.
  • I really do not have anything bad to say about Confirmit.
  • Very positive impact on ROI, it allows us to do all our surveys in-house vs. having to contract them out.
SurveyMonkey, which does not compare at all.
Confirmit is a leader in the industry for survey programs; it is well-built software that allows for complex logic.

Because unless something else came on the market before we needed to renew that was better and more cost efficient there is nearly no chance of not renewing. We need the software and it gets the job done well.

Evaluating Confirmit and Competitors

Yes - We were only using SurveyMonkey, which did not let us do any complex surveys, those were all sourced out. By adding Confirmit we are now able to do all surveys in-house.

Upgrading the ability for the program to handle complex logic.
I may review a few other products instead of just going with Confirmit so quickly, thought I do not think the outcome would be any different.
