Overall Satisfaction with Conga CLM

We use Conga CLM to generate contracts and ammendmends. Busines problem covered- need of a platform to generate contracts and not be dependent on legal team to draft order forms and contracts for every small addition. it also solves the need to get these order forms approved by multiple people in a chain of command.

Cause of lack of failure in building contracts within 5 minutes, I never have to coordinate or depend on another team members for the process. The process is very straight forward, and good thing is we are able to get the right training sessions when there is an update. Conga CLM also facilitates changes in custom fields which is very helpful.
Conga CLM has made the process marginally better. This has made the sales team very less depnedent on deal desk, revops, or legal. We are able to seek help when we need, and just like a drag and drop feature we are able to tweak the contract as needed by us.

Conga CLM very well integrates with salesforce. It reduces the interaction between sales and legal, and makes things very much under control for legal, as there is certain standardization in the process as well as contract verbiage. Good thing is if we want specific help where legal team has to come in and add verbiage, we can raise the request via Conga CLM itself.
