Overall Satisfaction with Conga CLM
Conga CLM is built out in our CRM (Salesforce) to generate documents & contracts to send to clients for their review and signature. It solves the problems of manually generating and sending a file for client signature via email or fax, and having to have a separate software to do so. The integration with our CRM has greatly simplified our contract process.
Pros
- Connect with organization's CRM
- Generate documents from a template
- Email sequence for reminders and completed notifications
- Ability to edit templates to preference
Cons
- Somewhat frequent blackouts/glitches
- Expensive
- Ability to automate workflow through departments
- Ability to auto-save contracts within CRM files
- Less manual work required by departments
Conga CLM has simplified and automated our contract process by being easily integrated with our CRM platform. With the software auto-pulling client information to populate on the contract, it has saved our employees time by no longer having to manually enter this information. The automatic reminders have removed the need for email/telephone follow up to the client as well.
DocuSign charges per each resend needed whereas Conga CLM does not. By choosing Conga CLM we have saved money on resends, which are frequently required within our business due to clients requesting changes and edits. Conga CLM was also more easily integrated with our CRM, Salesforce. Conga CLM has proved better for our needs.
