Overall Satisfaction with Conga CLM

Conga is used as a contract lifecycle management system at HighRadius and as an e-document signing tool. It is an add-on for In-house Salesforce expertise, resulting in lower maintenance costs and a better sales experience. There are no integration costs. It is tightly integrated with the CongaSign e-signature solution.

Conga CLM has made contract management much easier. Related contracts/documents can be logically grouped together, like Order Forms grouped with related SOWs and schedules or Amendments grouped with the document being amended. Contract grouping permissions and workflow approvals are determined by the organization. Contract templates and clauses are managed within the solution, making work easy.
Yes. Conga Customer lifecycle management has impacted multiple workflows across the organization (legal, sales, deal desk, finance, consulting). However, it is reversible, and we can easily go back to the “as is,” which is Google Drive to save files and approvals via email and SFDC. It drives the contract document flow for approvals using automated flow.
We have evaluated only Conga against Onit. For Contract Management, Salesforce, E-signature integrations, Contract approvals and workflows, and Contract creations using templates and information from SFDC and clause libraries, we found Conga CLM has better instances and options than Onit. Commercial terms-wise, according to budget adherence, Conga CLM is a better fit than Onit. Hence, it was decided to move with Conga.

Conga allows for native integration with Salesforce (built on the Salesforce platform) and integration with Conga’s own e-signature solution. Conga has a centralized‌ ‌repository‌ ‌containing‌ ‌all‌ ‌executed‌ ‌contracts‌ (‌past‌ ‌and‌ ‌present) organized based on predefined categories or relationships and maintained revision history in the system of record. Using automated workflow, Conga also drives the contract documents for internal reviews/approvals.
