Overall Satisfaction with Conga CLM
We often have contracts with vendors across multiple departments and with multiple POCs. Conga CLM helps to streamline all of these contracts and provides a "single-truth" platform where we can go to find out about previous contracts and enter new ones. It keeps the org on the same page, which ultimately drives revenue saving.
Pros
- Supports many different types of contracts, from NDAs to vendor contracts.
- The tool's ability to automate repetitive tasks in contract management (ie. filling out routine fields) save times.
- The platform integrates well with platforms like DocuSign, etc.
Cons
- Pricing is a bit difficult to make sense of, with multiple tiers/user configs
- Advanced customization ability is somewhat limited, which makes some of the automated features of the platform less effective.
- Contracts being signed on teams take less admin and less time to complete, which frees the team to work on other projects and speeds up the time to sign/implement contracts
- There are less contracts being signed for "duplicative" services, which saves the company money.
It definitelt has. There is much less manual work being done to complete "routine" form fields, which saves us time and improves speed of implementation. Contacts are no longer being completed in 'silos' with no visibility into agreements that other teams have entered into and has streamlined the entire process so much so that we have no added contract completion as a tool on our internal intranet.
