Overall Satisfaction with Conga CLM

In short with Conga CLM, we’ve digitized the entire contract workflow. Helps with creation and negotiation to execution and renewal. Our legal and procurement teams now collaborate in real time using pre defined templates and clause libraries. Improved productivity and has great integration properties.

Pros

  • Integrates really well with Salesforce CRM and some other Microsoft office applications, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Process a overall end to end automation solution, speeding up the process and automating workflows.
  • Gives real-time connectivity in contacts with version control.

Cons

  • The UI can be better and more simplified in my opinion.
  • Mobile experience is pretty basic and isn't that much useful.
  • Saved us a great amount of time, considering the contract lifecycle automation capabilities.
  • Conga CLM enables easier access to documents and provides smoother negotiation processes.
  • Increased financial gains with reduced errors and better visibility into contract renewals.
