Conga as a company provides a small suite of products/ services, but we didn't find them very nimble in adjusting to client requirements.

DocuSign offers standalone solution that doesn't require Salesforce licenses for all peripheral users of the CLM tool. It also offered a lot more flexibility. Selected Conga based on the sister company experience of using Apptus (existing internal expertise in solving our industry business needs and configuring the solution)

Good workflow based tool to pre-select clauses relevant for the offer and contract and automate approvals!
