Overall Satisfaction with Conga Composer
We use Conga in Salesforce to merge paperwork and also integrate DocuSign/Adobe Sign to the Conga button, so one button would create and send the paperwork.
- Conga Support has always been very helpful.
- Conga Community has plenty of articles for users to explore.
- The merge function works very well for us.
- The speed can probably go up a bit more.
- Templates are always gone in the Sandbox thus we had to spend time creating new ones and then modify the buttons.
- Same for queries.
- A lot of time is saved on document creation.
- Documents appear correctly based on different types.
- Increased efficiency across different departments.
