Overall Satisfaction with Conga Composer

We needed a tool that would easily create a document with the data already stored in Salesforce CRM, Conga Composer solves the purpose as it has provided automation in the document generation process in our organization streamlining our business process. The documents are stored in our Salesforce environment which makes it great for overall data security.

Conga Composer is one of the best tools available in the market for document generation as compared to competitors as this provides the latest features and integrations with the Salesforce platform which helps in client retention and higher margins as the cost is significantly reduced once the templates are in place, then the documents are generated in near real-time.
It has a positive impact on our workflow as previously we were using manual documents for wet signatures. It has increased productivity for our organization. The whole agreement lifecycle has been reduced to just a click and the document is ready for the next steps increasing the turnaround time for our quotes.
Conga Composer is highly versatile as this can be easily integrated with Salesforce and other Conga products. Other products either lack integration or lack user experience but Conga Composer has provided both along with great integration which reduces manual tasks which was previously done in Excel by our users.

It is well suited in that the client requires a constant type of final generated document with the most updated information from Salesforce CRM and contains details about related objects right onto the template. On the other hand, it lacks formatting options in templates, and support can be made better for end users.
