Overall Satisfaction with Conga Composer
we use it for all external communications, invoices, mailings. We communication to other health care providers and we have all our templates ready to go in Conga Composer. We also use it for all patient invoicing and for all insurance claim documents that we require

Cons
- there are some things where I want it to pull fields over multiple connected Salesforce objects but it will not do that, however that could also be a Salesforce issue
- It is a time saver because of our templates
- because of the templates we loaded up it also provides consistency amongst communication from staff
