Overall Satisfaction with Conga Contracts (formerly Novatus)

We use Conga Contracts primarily to store and manage our managed clauses for sales contracts.

Pros

  • Salesforce Integration - The tool integrates with our SF instance very well. Most reps can't even tell what's SF and what is Conga Contracts.

Cons

  • Performance - Speed of Clause Library could be improved.
  • Positive Impact - Has eliminated lots of manual legal clause related issues. Takes the wording out of the reps' hands, which is a must.
Conga Contracts and DocuSign work very well together and integrate nicely with Salesforce.
Sell-side contracts
Conga Contracts is well suited for handling managed clauses, and T&Cs for sales contracts.
