Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise CPQ

I am a PSA/CPQ consultant but for CPQ I do use it daily in training my client on how to set it up, use it and the proper process for sales hand-off etc.

I've seen CPQ, after I have set it up with clients, streamline their proposal processes and get all their proposals inside CPQ , saving them.

Pros

  • PSA Integration is by far the best
  • Product Sourcing
  • Product Importing

Cons

  • Security Roles locking users from doing certain actions
  • Cleaner/more professional quotes
  • Cleaner/more professional proposals
It's very usable but it does have A LOT of features, so there is a learning curve but once you learn it, it all makes sense and it's easy to navigate.

Because it's a ConnectWise product now it does have the most seamless integration with PSA than other quoting tools for sure. It can bring over ConnectWise PSA fields into CPQ and CPQ fields into PSA etc...
