What is Quoter?
Streamlining the sales quotes & proposals
Bundles allow the user to combine multiple products and/or services into one fixed-quantity package which one can add to a quote template. Quoting software that features smart, reusable templates. These templates help the users standardize a quote and its proposal content, product descriptions and configuration, and pricing.Quoter’s interface makes building out templates more easily. Users can create and send a quote quickly, adding additional customized templates as time goes on. Once templates are refined, quotes can be created in seconds with just a few clicks. Quoter's featured pricing configuration options giving the user flexibility in automating the pricing of products and services.
Its templates enable the user to:
- Customize them with proposal content, such as a cover page and introductory content, product and marketing material, terms, and order instructions.
- Attach additional content to quotes and proposals, such as brochures, contracts, or other documents. These attachments are automatically included with the proposal.
- Create comprehensive proposals quickly, minimizing data entry in order to improve accuracy and save time.
Quoter also provides integrated e-signature capabilities. With e-signatures enabled, customers can follow a secure link in their quote to an online checkout page where they can agree to the sender's terms and electronically sign their name before accepting the Quote. Once a quote is accepted, the quote is marked as accepted and the user is notified immediately via email. The sender can then fulfill the order as required and notify the customer when ready.
Quoter’s Product Cloud feature also allows users to add products and services to quotes directly from supported integrations, alleviating the need for duplicate data entry. The product catalogue is powered by Gfk Etilize. Etilize provides standardized product data feeds for more than 20 million products worldwide.
