We use ConnectWise Sell to quote all products, projects, and subscription renewals. It is used by our sales and sales support team.

Pros and Cons

Pros

The ability to quickly generate and send quotes
The ability to get quick approval and payment through Order Porter
The ability to use templates and copy quotes for quick formatting

Cons

Spell check does not work for us
Needs to speed processing up...aka 'Slowzal'...
The ability to integrate vendor ordering (we use Autotask)

Return on Investment

It has accelerated our sales process
It has reduced our AR and DSO
It has increased our quoting accuracy

Likelihood to Recommend

It's great for quick product/material quotes. We'd like to use ConnectWise Sell for our managed services contracts, but I haven't been able to invest the time yet to set this up.
