Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Sell
We use Connectwise Sell for all our proposal needs. All of our sales and back office staff have access to it. It has been invaluable as a solution that makes proposing complex quotes simple. Furthermore, it produces great looking quotes. Its integration with Etilize allows us to produce realtime pricing quotes and greatly assists in our ordering process.

- The editing of order port templates is more complex than I wish it was.
- Connectwise Sell has had a very big positive impact on our business. It has allowed us to truly grow our sales efforts in a consistent way. It is very inexpensive for the benefit we have received.
- Connectwise Sell being cloud based has made our quoting process much more mobile friendly which has made getting proposals done much quicker.
- Connectwise Sell support has been fantastic. It has taken a load off of myself by eliminating any support time I used to spend on our previous quoting system.
We used to use Quotewerks. It also had integration with our PSA tool and the integration was pretty good. The fact that quotewerks was not cloud based meant we had to provide it via terminal services to handle all our locations and remote access. It's installer was difficult and updates were hard. Setting up templates in quotewerks was also a big challenge. The electronic signature functionality of Quotewerks is far less effective and doesn't do nearly as good a job with transferring all the information when the quote is won.
