Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Sell
We use ConnectWise Sell for all of our quoting, and interface to our distributors and ConnectWise Manage.
Pros
- Speeds up the procurement significantly
- Makes quoting consistent and accurate with up-to-date pricing
- Improves interdepartmental communication and sales funnel tracking
Cons
- Quote form customization is very difficult
- Some critical functions (like Terms) are hard to find
- Integration to ConnectWise manage is an interface, not an integration.
- Improved profitability because of the ease of researching lowest cost alternative
- Better branding/image with consistency
- Speed and ease of processing orders means that we can do more with less labor
Bought it because of the integration to ConnectWise Manage. Did not review other products.
