Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Consensus for buyer enablement by getting configurable demos to prospects so that they can quickly get answers to their questions during the buying cycle. With this, we are able to see when prospects engage with or share our content which helps us determine the quality of the opportunity.

Pros

Creates a great experience for the end user consuming the demo.
Gives great insights into who is watching and sharing your content.
Makes it easy to share demos via email through Outlook and Gmail integrations.

Cons

User interface is not always the most intuitive.

Return on Investment

Improved out ability to reuse content, therefore free up technical resources for other things.
We are able to quickly answer questions in video format.

Usability

The UI doesn't always do what you'd expect. Users often make changes but don't see the 'Save' button, for example.
