Overall Satisfaction with Consensus

Consensus allows us to free up our Sales Engineers to not be stuck on demos all day long having the same conversation over and over.

Pros

  • Allowing prospects to select their interests
  • The ability to customize the appearance of demoboards

Cons

  • Seeing more of the user click path
  • Seeing more engagement metrics within Consensus
  • Scheduled reporting exports
  • TBD
  • Saving time for our Sales Engineers and Sales team
It is almost perfect, except the concept of demo boards and the demo library is still confusing.
Consensus has less video editing power.
